For returns please email us at momnbabydepot@gmail.com within 30 days from the date of delivery to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number or a return label. Please have the following information included in your email while asking for a return label or RA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. No Returns authorization number will be given if requested after 30 days of delivery. After 30 Days of delivery, all manufacturer warranties will be applicable. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on a page and pasted on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not refund since these packages without an RA number are difficult to trace.

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card or PayPal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and checked by our returns team. On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging the shipment of the product back to the same warehouse from where the item was shipped. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice thru which online tracking of shipment is available

If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping exp in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us

All products to be returned must be returned within 10 days from the RA date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
